We use UPS® as our shippers due to the extra care they take with your flowers which we find is unavailable using other shippers. Two dedicated planes from Hilo send our products to the mainland daily. MAINLAND DELIVERY DAYS ARE Wednesday-Saturday and THERE ARE NO DELIVERIES AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS OR TUESDAYS in the vast majority of US cities, excluding their holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas Closures
Our sales offices and packing departments are closed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving through the following Sunday. Christmas Holiday schedule for 2018 is we are closed from December 20th through January 2nd (closed New Year's Day). Orders can be placed at any time during these closures but will not be shipped until we return. THERE WILL BE NO DELIVERIES FROM DEC 23rd - JAN 3rd.

You will receive an e-mail containing all needed information to track your order once your order has been placed into the shipper's tracking system. Your invoice also contains your order status link which can be used to view tracking information. You may also contact your Account Representative to obtain this information. Order Processing Time
Order processing time is typically 48 hours (Then the 2 day delivery so need to remember - there is no same day processing, so no overnights - except if possible to Hawaiian Islands). ALSO Large orders may require more processing time. Please speak with your Account Representative to determine processing time for your order.
2-Day Shipping Time
UPS® shipments are two days from Hawaii to your destination and leave our facilities on Mondays through Thursdays, excluding holidays. Delivery days on the Mainland will be on Wednesdays through Saturdays (if available in your delivery area - pl call our customer service or UPS to confirm this is possible. Shipping time is in addition to the order processing time. Please speak with your Account Representative for more complete shipping information to your destination.
Selecting a Delivery Date
You may select a Delivery Date during checkout. Please do not leave the Date field empty OR as an ‘as soon as possible’ delivery date. As this will then be subject to our Shipping Policy. (We do not recommend leaving the Delivery Date as ASAP.) Please speak with your Account Representative to determine the best delivery date for your order.

For delivery on a particular weekday, please order no later than noon Hawaii Standard Time on the day shown below to allow for minimum processing and shipping times.

UPS® Saturday Delivery
Select a ‘Saturday Delivery’ shipping method or enter a Saturday Delivery Date (extra fee applies) for arrival on a Saturday. Please confirm with our customer service department (Tel: 808-982-4333) or your local UPS® representative if a Saturday Delivery is available to your destination. UPS® does not deliver to Hawaii on Saturdays. Saturday delivery to Alaska is available to Anchorage only.
We will automatically charge your credit card an additional $20/box minimum Saturday Delivery Fee if you select a Saturday delivery date and do not select UPS® Express Saturday Delivery as your shipping option. This fee may be more than the minimum fee depending on the size and weight of the each box.
No Signature Required
All shipments will be sent with instructions that NO SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED for delivery, regardless of any request or instructions or confirmation to the contrary. Your order may be left unattended, even in inclement weather. It is highly recommended that someone be available to accept and care for your order.
Due to the perishable nature of your order, we offer no refunds for refused shipments, returned shipments, undelivered shipments or shipments not picked up from the carrier for any reason.
Shipments to California, Arizona and Florida may be delayed due to Department of Agriculture random inspections. We do not offer any compensation for deliveries delayed by these random government inspections. If your order is going to CA, AZ or FL, please schedule your order to arrive one day sooner, or speak with your Account Representative to find out more. We recommend you do not send pink ginger to California.
Delivery area is limited to the 50 United States
We will ship to virtually any address within the US. However, we can't ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, hospitals or ships.
Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in an additional $15.00/box charge, may delay your order by one day, and makes our Satisfaction Guarantee void. This charge may be applied up to 45 days after your order, when we receive the billing from the shipper.
We're sorry, but if you cancel your order for any reason we must charge a minimum administrative fee of $20 for the cancellation (due to administration and bank processing charges). A cancellation fee of 50% of your order total will apply if you cancel your order less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled delivery date. An order cannot be cancelled for any reason once processing has begun (48 hours prior to shipping), and no refunds can then be given.
